## What you'll do , which requires a management qualification and experience in managing teams. The successful candidate must be able to demonstrate the following skills: - Have Qualification appropriate to the role e.g., Social Care, Nursing or other relevant qualification. - Minimum of 3 years' experience in a management or supervisory role in the area of health or social care - Recognised Management Course - Excellent communication skills to include Leadership, Mentoring, Support and Supervision. - Have a robust knowledge and understanding of HIQA standards and regulatory ## What you'll bring as per the Health Act 2007. - Full current manual driving license & own transport - Participate in the regional on- call roster.
