We invest our clients' capital across a range of fixed income and credit opportunities, leveraging our decades of experience navigating complex debt markets. ## What you'll do - Lead, develop, and mentor a team responsible for investment guideline implementation and governance. - Interpret and implement complex client mandates, investment restrictions, and regulatory requirements. - Partner directly with Portfolio Managers and Trading teams to provide guidance on guideline interpretation and investment-related matters. - Collaborate with Client Servicing, Legal, Product, Portfolio Compliance, and Operations teams to operationalize investment discretion language and regulatory requirements. - Oversee the implementation and governance of compliance rules within PIMCO's proprietary ACE platform. - Act as a key escalation point for complex guideline matters, including client-specific restrictions, UCITS requirements, and regulatory interpretations. - Support interactions with clients, custodians, depositaries, and regulators where required. - Drive process improvements, automation initiatives, and operational efficiencies across the guidelines function. - Ensure consistency, scalability, and best practices across guideline implementation and governance processes. ## What you'll bring , and internal investment policies into actionable compliance rules that support portfolio management and trading activities across PIMCO's global investment platform. ACE (Automated Compliance Engine) is PIMCO's proprietary investment compliance platform used to implement and monitor investment guidelines, restrictions, and portfolio requirements. The ACE Guidelines team is responsible for translating complex client mandates, regulatory
