Interpath is an international and fast-growing advisory business with deep expertise in a broad range of specialisms spanning deals, advisory and restructuring. ## What you'll do be responsible for providing debt advisory services to a diverse range of clients, managing transactions and assisting with business development. ### Key Accountabilities - Manage the end-to-end debt advisory process for clients, encompassing options appraisal, financing strategy, transaction execution, and ongoing relationship management. - Lead client meetings and structuring discussions to develop tailored financing solutions that align with client objectives. - Prepare high-quality financial analyses, transaction marketing materials, and presentations. - Conduct thorough credit analysis and assess market conditions to aid in the funding solution selection process. - Negotiate with lenders and other relevant parties to ensure optimal financing terms for clients. - Build and maintain relationships with clients, lenders, and other key stakeholders. - Support business development activities by contributing to pitches, targeting new clients, and expanding existing client relationships. - Mentor and guide junior team members, providing support in their professional development. - Contribute to the continuous improvement of processes and methodologies within the Debt Advisory Group. ## What you'll bring and balance sheet optimisation. - Independent of lenders, products and markets, we provide objective advice on the optimum capital structure for our clients. What do we do? Companies raise debt finance for a broad range of reasons, from funding initiatives that fuel growth, refinancing existing debt and financing an acquisition to navigating a difficult economic climate and negotiating amendments and waivers. We support companies through this process, making sure the structure of their financing arrangements aligns with their strategic ambitions. We advise across a broad range of debt products, including: - Bank debt - Asset-Based Lending (ABL) - Unitranche and private credit - Private placements - Subordinated debt - Warehouse facilities - Forward flow arrangements - Receivables financing - Securitisation and structured finance - Capital markets solutions Interpath's Debt Advisory team is expanding rapidly, with the goal of quickly building a market leading debt advisory business.
