## About the role As a Customer Success Analyst, you will build and maintain strong relationships with Asora's family office clients, helping them maximise the value they get from the platform. You will be their primary point of contact, proactively identifying opportunities for deeper engagement and platform adoption. ## What you'll do - Manage a portfolio of family office clients post-onboarding - Conduct regular check-ins and quarterly business reviews - Monitor client health metrics and proactively address risks - Identify upsell and expansion opportunities within accounts - Gather and relay client feedback to product teams - Create and maintain client success documentation and playbooks ## What you'll bring - Experience in customer success, account management, or relationship management - Understanding of family office operations and financial reporting - Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data - Excellent verbal and written communication skills - Self-motivated with the ability to work independently - Experience with CRM tools (HubSpot, Salesforce, or similar) Interested in this role?
