Senior / Staff · Dublin · Full-time · Hybrid You own what customers actually touch. Ahoy is a system of action, not just a system of record, so the hard frontend problems here are problems of trust: showing what an agent did, showing why it did it, and putting one tap between a person and approving or undoing it. We hire this role at both Senior and Staff level. ## What you'll do - Build the surfaces where agent work becomes visible - review queues, one-tap approval, the diff between what the CRM knew and what it knows now. - Own features end to end: design review, implementation, instrumentation, and the bug that surfaces a week later. - Make fast feel fast. Perceived performance on data-dense views is part of the product, not a cleanup task. - Pair with the founders on what to build next. Argue when something doesn't make sense. - Set the frontend patterns the rest of the team follows - component structure, state, testing, accessibility. ## What you bring - Strong TypeScript and React in production. You know the framework well enough to know when to leave it alone. - A real eye for interface detail. Give you a rough spec and a Figma file and you come back with something better than both. - Comfort at the backend seam - API design, caching, streaming responses, optimistic updates. - Accessibility as a default, not a ticket. - Hybrid out of Dublin. We work in person several days a week. ## Senior or Staff? Same role, two bars. Tell us which one you're aiming at and we'll calibrate from there. - Senior. 5+ years shipping production frontend. You own features end to end and raise the quality bar on everything you touch. - Staff. 8+ years, including time at Staff / Principal / Tech Lead level. You own the frontend architecture, set the patterns, and mentor without becoming the bottleneck. - Not sure? Apply anyway and say so. We'll work it out on the call. ## Bonus - You've built interfaces on top of LLM output - streaming, partial states, correction flows. - You've worked on CRM, sales tech, or other data-dense B2B products. - Open-source work, side projects, or writing that shows how you think.
