The Zscaler Zero Trust Exchange platform protects thousands of customers from cyberattacks and data loss by securely connecting users, devices, and… ## What you'll do - Lead the end-to-end administration for new hire enrollments, leaver processing, and off-cycle qualifying life events while owning the monthly benefits-to-payroll data bridge - Manage the submission and tracking of insurance claims for disability and sick leave, conducting quarterly headcount audits to ensure 100% data integrity with all benefit providers - Serve as the senior point of escalation for complex employee inquiries, resolving issues within defined SLAs and educating staff on the most beneficial support options - Identify process ambiguities to document solutions in Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and manage the end-to-end invoice reconciliation process for all vendor billing ### Who You Are (Success Profile) - You thrive in ambiguity.
