## Role details - Reference: CAFST0806 - Category: Patient and Client Care - Grade: Community Access Facilitator 6425 - Health region: HSE Dublin and South East - County: Dublin South - Location: Stillorgan - Recruiter: Autism A Chara - Contract type: Permanent Wholetime - Closing date: 29/10/2026 12:00:00 ## What you'll bring Qualification required: A full QQI level 7 Award in Social Care/ Studies or Relevant 3rd Level Qualification at degree level i.e.; Social Work, Psychology is essential, (or relevant qualification received outside the state recognised by NARIC equivalent to Irish level 7) with at least 6 month's recent experience working in the Social Care field supporting people with complex needs. - Skills/Abilities required of a Community Access Facilitator: Proven knowledge of current legislation and regulations relating to the Social Care Sector. - Understanding of the needs and rights of individuals with autism. - Proven ability to work on own initiative. - Proven experience in the implementation and development of support/care plans and PCP's. - Places the needs of the person supported as the key focus in all activities. - Delivers support according to the person's PCP and care plan. - Fluent English and excellent communication skills. - Full, clean Irish drivers licence essential with requirement to drive service vehicles.
