Partner with engineering and product owners across Toast's platform teams to deliver features required by international ### Rmm/Mm customers. We leverage the ‘away team’ mechanism to develop features across various codebases at Toast, so you will help navigate competing roadmaps, set clear success criteria, and hold delivery against contractual commitments.&nbsp;</li> <li>Champion field research &amp; validation: Spend time with mid-market customers in all international markets to learn about their operational workflows, painpoints, and opportunity areas. Represent the voice of this segment at the Toast leadership level.&nbsp;</li> <li>Data: Develop and track key metrics and KPIs across the customer journey&nbsp;</li> <li>Define pricing, packaging, and go-to-market strategy with Product Marketing, Sales, and Operations; identify commercial models that fit restaurants of different sizes.</li> <li>Coach senior PMs and engineers on product development and vendor evaluation.</li> </ul> <p><strong>&nbsp;</strong></p> <p><strong><em>Do you have the right ingredients? ( ## What you'll bring )</em></strong></p> <ul> <li>~8+ years shipping complex software products with demonstrated ownership of multi-team programs or a major product portfolio</li> <li>Proven track record taking a product from discovery through prototype and pilot to scale.</li> <li>Exemplary stakeholder management and ability to align external partners and internal stakeholders, especially on high-visibility initiatives.</li> <li>Communication &amp; influence.
