What You’ll Do As a Retail Banking Graduate, you'll gain exposure to a wide range of teams and projects that help shape the banking experience for personal, business and wealth customers. Depending on your rotations, you could: - Support the development of new products and customer propositions - Analyse customer, market and portfolio data to inform business decisions - Contribute to strategic projects that enhance customer experiences - Work with digital, product and operational teams to improve banking services - Support governance and regulatory initiatives that protect customers and the business - Build relationships with colleagues, customers and key stakeholders across AIB Our graduate opportunities match the broad and diverse nature of our customers with roles in product management, strategy, portfolio management, governance, in addition to, customer facing roles in person, by phone and via digital channels.
