The AI orchestration of your wildest imagination. n8n is the open workflow orchestration platform built for the new era of AI. ## What you'll bring Proven product management experience: You’ve shipped complex technical products in enterprise environments and can point to lessons learned that shaped your craft. - Strong developer empathy: You understand how engineering teams build, test, version, deploy, and operate software in production - Thrive in ambiguity: You bring structure to fuzzy technical problems and prioritize clearly across many possible directions - Exceptional product sense: You anticipate edge cases, second-order effects, and enterprise-grade reliability needs without needing perfect information - Ownership and bias for action: You fix what’s broken, ship, learn, and iterate rather than over-plan - Influence without authority: You align engineering, design, data, sales, solutions engineering, customer success, and docs through clarity and trust - Technical product judgment: You’re comfortable making tradeoffs across usability, scalability, security, reliability, and implementation complexity ### Nice-To-Haves Git and source control experience: You’ve worked on or closely with products involving Git, branching, versioning, pull requests, or conflict resolution. - Enterprise security experience: You understand secrets management, environment variables, access control, or secure configuration patterns - Observability experience: You’ve worked on products involving monitoring, usage insights, performance visibility, or operational dashboards - Coding or SQL skills: You can code, write SQL, or go deep enough technically to partner effectively with engineers on architecture-level discussions - Remote work experience: You’re familiar with remote-first work environments and can collaborate effectively across time zones - Entrepreneurial or early-stage experience: You’ve worn many hats and can navigate in many areas at once ## Benefits us?
