He founded and scaled Mad Egg in Ireland, and grew tired of stitching… ## Nice to have Experience building people tech or HR tech workflows at scale. - A background on a web and mobile platform team, where you picked up strong habits around architecture and best practices. - Experience building B2C or consumer-grade apps that are quick, responsive and genuinely nice to use. - Some hands-on tinkering with native APIs (Swift or Kotlin), even if it’s not your day job. - Experience in hospitality, food service or another operational industry.
