Senior Product Manager, Logs - Observability

Elastic, the Search AI Company, enables everyone to find the answers they need in real time, using all their data, at scale — unleashing the potential of businesses and people. ## What you'll do Be Doing - Evolving our logs analytics capabilities, aligning at every step with organizational and company strategy. - Advancing and influencing the entire end-to-end lifecycle for logs collection, ingest, and management - Building features that cater to the modern SRE. From integrating GenAI and Agentic workflows into the logging experience, automated ### Slo/Sli tracking from logs, intelligent alerting, correlating logs, metrics, and traces, and beyond. - Working closely across teams, collaborating with Engineering, UX, Design and other teams to bring top notch application monitoring experiences to our users. - Working with our Sales & Marketing teams on go-to-market, messaging, competitive analysis, enablement, and feature adoption. - Tracking user engagement and feedback to inform product and feature evolution. What You Bring  - Ideally 3+ years in product management or closely related area - Technical experience in logs analytics - Observability and/or performance monitoring domain knowledge - Comfort working with and converting abstract problems into concrete, prioritized solutions, working from the customer backwards - Outstanding spoken and written communication skills - Passion for industry trends, competitive landscape - Experience working in remote, globally distributed work environment is optional but desired - Knowledge of AI is optional but desired Compensation for this role is in the form of base salary.  This role does not have a variable compensation component.   At Elastic, our compensation philosophy aims to provide fair, competitive and transparent remuneration.
