Position Description People Operations is responsible for the ## What you'll do delivery of People Services related to the employee lifecycle - attraction, recruitment, on-boarding, administration of total reward and ## What you'll bring . - Provide subject matter expertise and stakeholder support on performance payments, resolving queries and investigating issues. - Identify and support process improvements to enhance efficiency, standardisation, and accuracy. - Monitor, analyse, and report on performance operations data to support decision-making and continuous improvement. Experience and Qualifications Essential - A minimum of 2 years' experience in a similar HR operations, performance operations, or compensation-related role involving data accuracy, process governance, and stakeholder support. - Experience in the use of SAP S4, excel proficiency, and analytical skills. - Excellent interpersonal and communications skills. - Ability to work to tight deadlines whilst maintaining accuracy and appropriate attention to detail. - Knowledge of HR Practice, Policies and Procedures and Employment Legislation. - A flexible approach to working. - Ability to work effectively as part of a team and take on a range of duties as assigned. Desirable - A relevant qualification would be an advantage but is not essential. Location This position will be based in ESB’s Head Office at Fitzwilliam 27, Dublin 2. Smart Working at ESB is designed to make ‘in-person’ time together as purposeful as possible while also enabling the effective use of digital tools and hybrid arrangements to preserve our commitment to flexibility. The successful candidate may work flexibly within the jurisdiction where they have been employed, with attendance at the workplace for in-person collaboration at least two days per week . All Smart Working arrangements are subject to regular review based on the operational requirements of the role, the team, and the business.
