As a key enabler of ESB’s digital strategy, the function delivers innovative and efficient… ## What you'll do Procurement activity coordination - Day to day framework operations - Work in accordance with agreed guidelines, policies and procedures - Providing excellent customer service to all Networks Telecoms customers - Work as part of a multi-functional organisation and support all units nationally - Share knowledge and skills openly with other members of the team - Reporting – KPI reporting and performance reviews - Facilitate and support others in procurement and contract management function - Providing clerical/project support to Network Telecoms Contract Owners, project management and delivery - Demonstrate flexibility and adaptability to change - Working as part of a flexible team, the successful candidate will be involved with all aspects of the above work. Experience and ## What you'll bring Essential - Minimum 2 years+ relevant experience in a contracts management, procurement or similar business environment. - Good communication skills with a strong emphasis on customer focus. - Ability to work to tight deadlines whilst maintaining accuracy and appropriate attention to detail - A flexible approach to working - An ability to work as part of a team. - Financial awareness of managing contracts and processing purchase orders and payments Desirable - Knowledge of and competence in the use of IT systems such as SAP, SAP ISU, FMIS. - Either a 3rd level qualification or equivalent relevant work experience Location ESB Networks, Leopardstown Road, Dublin 18 While training attendance in the office will be required 5 days a week. Thereafter a minimum 2 days per week will be a requirement of this role. Smart Working at ESB is designed to make ‘in-person’ time together as purposeful as possible while also enabling the effective use of digital tools and hybrid arrangements to preserve our commitment to flexibility. The successful candidate may work flexibly within the jurisdiction where they have been employed, with attendance at the workplace for in-person collaboration at least two days per week .
