Essential Candidates wishing to apply must demonstrate in their application evidence of experience at the appropriately senior level in the following areas: A suitable candidate for this role must be or have been a Barrister or Solicitor with a minimum of three years relevant experience in the areas of: - - Property Law - Consumer Law Desirable It is also desirable that candidates demonstrate evidence of experience in the following: - Knowledge of the Building Regulations; - Knowledge of risk identification/risk management regarding buildings and construction works; - Proven track record that demonstrates effective communication skills at board/committee level; - Previous experience of Board membership. - Commercial Law - Corporate and Business Management Closing Date: 15:00 on Thursday 1st of October 2026
