What You’ll Do Capital Markets serves AIB's large and medium-sized business customers as well as our private banking customers. We take a partnership approach, delivering customer-focused financing solutions and specialised products that help businesses grow, invest and achieve their ambitions. As a Capital Markets Graduate, you'll contribute to financing solutions that help businesses expand, invest, create jobs and transition to a more sustainable future. You'll gain exposure to complex transactions and strategic client relationships from the very beginning of your career. You will; - Support the assessment of lending and financing opportunities - Analyse financial information and market trends - Assist with customer relationship management and business development activities - Contribute to credit and risk assessment processes - Support transactions across a range of industries and sectors - Work with colleagues across lending, product, portfolio and customer teams - Rotational opportunities to help you discover your preferred business interest across our teams of: - Corporate Banking - Real Estate Finance - Climate & Infrastructure Capital - Syndicated & International Finance - Private Banking - Business Banking - Commercial Finance - Customer Solutions & Services - Portfolio Management Unit What's in it for you?
